Korea Yipcha Green

Yipcha has a bad name. We’re not saying it’s poorly named, but a couple of generations ago, somebody’s grandfather would have scoffed at drinking it. You see, Yipcha translates to “big leaf” and is indicative of being older growth and cultivated lower on the plant. We find this Yipcha to break these preconceived notions of inferiority. The brew is both grassy and full of roasted tones, the vegetal flavors are light and dynamic, having a rich and full mouth feel with a sweet linger. This tea truly embodies “Big leaf energy”.
