Harvested in what the Chinese refer to as “Qing Ming,” or to have been picked before a certain date usually coinciding with the first rains of the year, this is the earliest crop of tea and the most sought after by connoisseurs across the globe. The tender plucking is extremely aromatic and yields a mild vegetal flavor with rich mineral overtones that give way to a sweet linger. This is a tea with extremely limited availability; we recommend trying it while you can.
(Nepal Honeysuckle is an organic tea)
